We have randomly shared stuff we think is awesome here for a while, but now we’re making it a little more organized and official with Fresh Picks. This stuff will be from alllllll sorts of categories, but mainly from the people, stuff, and things, variety. Basically, whatever tickles our fancy for the week. Feel Like a Musical Genius

Ha. But seriously, this site is fun. I think it’s been around a while, but I just found it over the holidays with their Christmas-y version. This is the regular one, go play and make some sweet tunes. All the little dudes have their own personalities and the possibilities are vast. It makes for great working/blogging music, too

WOTE

We aren’t particularly fans of covers, but we discovered Walk Off the Earth a year ago along with a bunch of their other fans because of their Gotye cover <—some musings. They’re just plain sick talented. And what I mean by that is that they live and breath music. They’re also mad creative and genuinely have fun. But what am I saying, good chance you know them anyway! And yes, I love the hair. Anyway, they don’t usually do much a capella, but they pulled in this other ridiculous dude to fill in some beats on this one. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it. (of if you have, you probably want to watch again anyway, so you’re welcome )

Coffee Lover Happy Face

If you watch Shark Tank (which you should) then you’ve seen this, but they are pretty cool. They absorb excessive heat from coffee so that you don’t burn your mouth, but then release it back into the coffee to keep it the right temperature for hours! You can follow the pin to find out more.

 

Get Your Plant On!

Another great Shark Tank product which I can’t wait to utilize is the stuff from Urbio. Makes my little minimalist design/organizational/practical heart so happy, LOL.
