Thanks to Daniel Espinoza,

we ran across this amazing and encouraging infographic about homeschooling. It illustrates perfectly my experience with homeschooling (my mom taught my brothers and I at home back when it was barely legal, starting around 1986) and why we’ve chosen to homeschool our children as well. It’s actually a much easier decision now because of the incredible resources available, not the least of which being great homeschool co-ops that organize enrichment classes like choir, as well as field trips and family fun nights.

I will delve into my thoughts on this a lot more in Part 2, but for now, be encouraged if you’re a homeschool parent or are trying to decide if you want to become one:

About the author

We believe that you were made for greatness and that you don't need to wait for "someday" to start living it. We want to help you revitalize your "now" while also planning for a better "later". What needs to be streamlined in your life to make room for greatness? We keep it real here because let’s face it, we’re not all models and life is not a movie where everything wraps up into neat little packages in 90 minutes. Plus, laughing is one of our favorite activities.
