As I was looking back over some of our pictures from this summer, I was struck by this one.

It really looks like me as a kid.

It occurred to me that sometimes as an adult you feel like a kid driving a car that is way too big for you, that you can’t even see over the steering wheel of…

Even driving the “car” as a competent adult, you can’t control how the other drivers drive, you most likely can’t control if your car breaks down, and it’s a bit of a vulnerable situation still.

What do you do when driving gets hard? Do you have a co-pilot ready to take over?

Clearly, this would be a cheesy, albeit apt, time to apply an oft-referenced country song which I’ve never heard 🙂
