So earlier this year I came across some jeans I felt were worth spending more than my usual $5-$7 dollars on. As soon as I discovered these jeans my little minimalist heart knew I had to have them, and immediately wanted to get rid of any clothes that weren’t as efficient. Seriously, I don’t know why these aren’t easier to find, they’re like a minimalist closet’s secret weapon!
If only everything was feasibly reversible… twice the use without taking up any extra space. There are definitely other items of clothing that are reversible. I mean, guys have been reversing their underwear for years. I’ll leave that for them, though, and hopefully do a follow up post with some other, less smelly options. For now, I’m sharing 7 outfits with this one pair of jeans.
When I link up with Natalia for the 7×7 Remix and I always love to use it as an excuse to rethink pieces in my closet and I like to pick a theme to work with so as to have a framework to evaluate my clothes from. Clearly this theme was ONE pair of pants.
It was really probably too easy and not at all creative, but I am just barely getting over being sick for almost four weeks so I wasn’t feeling up to planning ahead and I’m gonna give myself a pass. I at least didn’t keep my hair the same the whole time, ha!
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my 7 items, so I’ll just list them:
black/camo reversible jeans, lace detail top, black stripe top, off-white top, tribal sequin top, vest, long layering tank top (technically I used another tank top in the first outfit, but I had taken those pics prior to planning this post)
I got these jeans at Target, but they seemed to be the last pair at that location and they seem to be discontinued or something. This brand was Flip Side and I think I paid around $20.
